Chicopee Zoning Board approves variance for 791 James Street lot subdivision. The board voted 4 to 0, with board member Gary Stamborski abstaining due to a connection to the developer, to permit average lot depth to be reduced from 100 feet to 82.5 feet. Applicant Joe Sullivan, trustee of Deuces Wild Realty Trust, sought the variance to subdivide and create a new single-family building lot.

The board unanimously re-elected Anthony Gallant as Chair, Carissa Lisee as Vice Chair, and Katherine Baldiga as Clerk, and voted unanimously to elect Gallant as Zoning Overhaul Committee representative.
