Chicopee zoning board approves two property variances in routine meeting. The board voted unanimously to permit a front setback variance at 1036 Granby Rd. for Vladimiro Marques to construct a storage shed with the setback reduced from 25 feet to 14 feet. In a second unanimous vote, the board approved multiple variances at 417 New Ludlow Rd. for Lech P. and Dorota Sadkowski to subdivide the property, reducing lot area from 10,000 to 7,632 square feet and rear yard setbacks for both the house and deck.
