The five-member Commission unanimously tabled a Certificate of Compliance request from Bridgetown, LLC for a property at 0 East Main Street that violated Riverfront Area protection rules in April 2019. According to the official minutes, no restoration work has been completed despite an Order of Conditions issued January 22, 2020.
