Chicopee Conservation Commission closes two building projects and assesses $10,298 violation fine. The commission unanimously approved Certificates of Compliance to close expired Orders of Conditions at 873 Grattan Street for a Pynchon Press building addition and at 0 and 63 1/2 Main Street for an indoor soccer complex; neither project was ever commenced. The commission tabled approval of a Certificate of Compliance for 0 East Main Street pending a $10,298 fine payment from Bridgetown LLC for unauthorized Riverfront Area clearing; the fine must be paid by April 15.
