Upon reconsideration, the council voted unanimously to approve $69,250 from the City Hall Maintenance Account for a walk-in freezer replacement.
Supporters emphasized the clubhouse, over 60 years old and neglected for years, generates revenue for the city. The council also unanimously approved $50,000 for water main repair on East Main Street and accepted $7,202 in donations to the Senior Center.
