CHICOPEE ZONING COMMITTEE APPROVES GARAGE STORAGE CONVERSION

Chicopee Zoning Committee approves garage-to-storage conversion at Meadow Street. The committee unanimously approved applicant Jeffrey J. Campbell's special permit application to convert existing garage bays into rental storage units, with Chair George Balakier absent.
The permit includes conditions requiring Fire Department reinspection of the property and installation of No Parking and Fire Lane signs. The special permit runs with the applicant.
