Chicopee zoning board loses quorum, tables all business

CHICOPEE — The Chicopee Zoning Board of Appeals lacked a quorum at its January 14 meeting. Only three of the seven board members were present: Chair Anthony Gallant, Vice Chair Carissa Lisee, and Associate Member Tasha Schley. Absent were regular members Katherine Baldiga, Gary Stamborski, and Julia Sudol, and Associate Member Carlos Felix; Associate Member Theresa Devlin was excused.
All scheduled agenda items, including a variance application from Carol McCarthy for a single-family lot at 1601 Westover Rd., were tabled to February 11, 2026.
